1. About us
This website is operated by Annapurna Foods, a sole proprietorship, trading as Anvana, 174, Ishwar Kripa Apartment, Wardhaman Nagar, near Radha Krishna Mandir, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440008, India ("Anvana", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
Our products are natural honey products. Colour, thickness and taste can vary slightly from batch to batch, and honey may thicken or crystallise in cold weather; this is natural and not a defect. Product photos are for illustration. Ingredients, nutrition information and best-before dates are printed on each pack. Our products are food, not medicine, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store your card details. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

4. Orders
An order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return and Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

6. Batch tracing
Batch information shown on our Trace your Batch pages is provided in good faith from our sourcing records and lab reports.

7. Website content
All text, images, logos and designs on this website belong to Anvana and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access it without authorisation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
