Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship across India. We do not ship outside India at the moment.

Dispatch time
Orders are packed and dispatched from Nagpur within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3 to 6 days of dispatch. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders above ₹[X]. For smaller orders, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by SMS and email.

Bulk, gifting and custom orders
Custom and bulk orders (50 boxes or more) are usually ready in 7 to 10 days after you approve the design. Exact timelines are confirmed in your quote.

Delays and failed delivery
If the courier cannot deliver because the address is incomplete or nobody is available after repeated attempts, the parcel may return to us. We can re-ship it once you confirm the details, and the re-shipping charge will be payable.
